We contacted them to transport our car from Norfolk, VA to Twin Falls, ID on 06/04/09. The pick up was scheduled for June 8th or 9th. We received a phone call saying the driver was in New Yeork and would be going to down to VA on 06/09/09 and would be able to pick up our car in the next 2 days. Those dates came and went. We have made several attempt to contact and inquire about the status of our vehicle and keeps getting the run around. The “ladies” in their customer service department have hung up the phone on me eery other time I’ve called. I’ve been told not to call back and ask again since they will call me when they have a driver. I have not yet once received a phone call. I tried to cancel the contract and was told that a verbal confirmation was not enough, I needed to fax in a signed letter. Funny, since they accepted a verbal agreement over the phone when we scheduled the service, and they withdrew the money before any contract was ever signed. I have since them faxed off, emailed and sent a written letter by regular mail to cancel my services. My emails are no longer being accepted, think they blocked my address. The will not accept my faxed letter since I didn’t state that I was ok with the administrative fee of $250 to be taken out of my $1060 refund. Each time I call the person in the refund department is “out of the office and will return my phone call shortly”…. I have contacted the BBB, the District Attoreny General in both New York and Virginia. I am hoping to be able to recover som of the cost. At this point I don’t care about the administrative fees, I just want the rest of my money back. I am currently on the West Coast with 3 children and no car. We cannot afford to extend our rental car, and I still do not have a date for pick up or when my refund will be processed. DON’T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOTHING BYT TAKING THE MONEY AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF PROVIDING ANY SERVICES AT ALL ONCE THEY HAVE ACCESSED YOUR ACCOUNT.
