A company may treat you horribly, but still has 5-star reviews all over Google. You know that's not an accurate description of the company, but there is nothing you can do.
Your 1-star complaint gets lost in the sea of all those paid reviews.
Well, that's what we are changing. Defaulters is designed to rank your complaint above all those fake reviews and bring much-needed exposure to your case. The company will eventually need to acknowledge your issue.
