I purchased an extended warranty from the company with 60 day trial. I asked my trusted mechanic to review the contract for advice. He said it was a good one because it covered the parts that usually fail. There was a provision for electrical components. However, windshield wiper motor was not covered. Intake manifold clearly mentioned in contract as covered. However, it was not covered by the company. Transmission rebuild claim denied due to inconclusive evidence, stating they could not tell which specific part failed because multiple parts were failing and hence denied the claim. I cancelled the warranty and expected back the pro rated refund as described in the contract. After 3 months of no refund and 3 to 4 calls to the company I filed a complaint with the BBB. After two months going back and forth I got 47% of the refund. A-ARP stated the rest would come from the administrator. I deposited the check. Spoke with NASC several times. They do not provide refunds, all comes from th seller, A-ARP. I spoke with the Insurance Commisioner office in MO and was told that the seller is responsible for refunds. She also explained to me that they will tell the consumer that part comes from them and part from another company and then refuse to help the consumer anymore. After refund was deposited the BBB will no longer help stating that the deposit indicated it was an agreed upon refund. I spoke with the company and the customer service manager, John Paul, refused to help me in contacting the NASC regarding the rest of the refund (this is the company that they say is responsible for the balance) and hung up the phone on me. The sell a bad product that is not honored and then they refuse to provide the refund in the contract. They are a complete scam. I lost $1000 in this deal not to mention the multiple car repairs that I thought would be covered. PLEASE DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY WITH THIS COMPANY. You will never see it again!
