Credentials – Mr. Derakhshan falsified insurance documents, which I verified by calling the insurance provider. He falsely claimed to be ‘Builder License Insured’ for residential and commercial contractor work. Upon investigation with the state, it was found that he was not a licensed contractor. Contract Terms – Intentionally ambiguous and required the payer to render 90% of payment before services were completed. There wasn’t any warranty, craftsmanship or otherwise language guaranteeing quality of service or work. Generally and intentionally lacked the basic structure of a proper contract. Work Quality – No ownership, very poor and unprofessional. Damaged areas of my roof soffit and denied doing it. Used incorrect type & untreated wood for window seal replacements and denied doing it. Pressure washing was claimed to be complete and obviously wasn’t by comparison to areas that were pressure washed (i.e. driveway, decking). This was not isolated to small areas but large sections of each area and some areas weren’t done at all. Customer Service – Highly aggressive when working to resolve concerns pertaining to the contract. Harassed a guest of my home that was there to assist in the communication / language barrier. Came to my home and pressured my wife for money without advanced notice of visit. Openly shouted at me from a neighbors home that he was working at claiming that I owed him money.
