Dino Milutinovic of All American Outdoor Construction stated he would build us an outdoor kitchen and never followed through. Took $2500 check as a deposit and then stopped answering call, texts, and emails. Deposited the check, it cleared my bank, however, my bank reviewed the cancelled check and it was impoossible to tell where he deposited the check, the image of the back was very blurry.
