Hi all I got so mad with this company I had to report it incase anybody has had the same treatment from them,I purchased a archos 9 pc tablet computer it cost me409.00,from amazon,I had the unit a little over 2 months all had been great up till then,anyway it started crashing intermittently,when doing cpu intensive tasks,all so got very hot and annoying,I sent the unit back to archos repair where they had it for a month now I have had to badger them for information on a daily ,weekly basis,they now tell me that there is evidence of shock damage and are raising a quote for a repair,they are LIAR’S.I sent the unit in a neoprene case then put that in a box with packing peanuts it was in pristine condition when it left my house,not a scratch on it,it had been well looked after in the short time I owned it,I think this company does anything possible to make /save money including lying to thier customers beware if you buy from them,
