I paid for Driver Update to AVG in June. I sent an email with a site to click on. I got the drive set up, but when I tried to proceed, I was taken to the site to pay again. The printed email gave me my license number and my order reference number. I went on their website and could verify that I paid for the program, but I could not print a copy of my receipt. It was stated that an error in the program prevented the printing of the receipt. I talked to someone with an accent so heavy I couldn’t understand what he was saying. He sent me an email that supposedly I could install the driver update. I got the set up again, but not the program to install. I replied to the email that was sent to me yesterday, twice. I haven’t had a response. I told them I was reporting to Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Better Business Bureau. And I am. I used PayPal to pay this company and I have my PayPal statement.
