I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz along with the extended warranty in May 2010 from Bayview Motors. I have a issue with the vehicle and called the warranty company to file a claim and was told that I did not have a warranty that the check from Bayview Motors had bounced. My husband went by to see the manager and was told to get a lawyer and told him to leave. I saw the manager outside on my way home from work and stopped. I was told to leave and not come back on the premises. Scott (I think) manager, or at least that what I was told when I purchased the vehicle told me he would have me arrested. I have documents to prove that he was paid for the warranty and he never did pay the warranty. I would like a refund on the warranty so I can send the payment in.
