Bipanda is scamming consumers. Bipanda wants to be seen as a buying agent for you if you want to buy anything form Taobao (similar to Chinese Ebay however all in Chinese). They say they buy the products from the vendor, check it if it is working and then sending it out. 1. They rip you off with freight charges. Because you already paid a deposit you can’t get out. 2. They do NOT check the quality and if it is working and 3. It arrives damaged. Looking at the items I bought it seems to me that they are sending out already damaged goods they might have bought cheaply. 4. If you complain the manager says: “if you need the strong packing please leave message to us next time”” 5. After that no contact is possible anymore. So please be aware. In your own interest: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”
