This restaurant caused me to nearly have an anaphylactic allergic reaction due to their lazy employees. On Friday 11/17, I ordered grilled fish with pineapple salsa. The server incorrectly brought me fish covered in mushrooms, which I am deathly allergic to. I explained how seriously allergic I am to mushrooms and asked the server if she could please bring me my correct order. Instead, the server went back to the kitchen, attempted to wipe off the mushrooms, and then put the pineapple salsa on top. When the food was returned to my table, I noticed that it was the same exact piece of fish that had the mushrooms on it previously — they had even left a couple of mushrooms on the plate out of further laziness. Had I not noticed this, I could have become deathly sick due to their actions. The server took the food back again, but this time never returned. Having already paid for my food plus the tip at the time of order, I finally approached the cashier to ask for a refund since I never received the correct food. Some guy who mumbled that he was the “supervisor”” refunded the cost of the food only
