I purchased a Vx570 credit card terminal from card system technologies on 10/18/2010. About 10/20/2010, Susan called and said that they did not have any in stock. There would be a 1.5 week wait. I sald “fine””. On 10/28/2010 Susan called again to say that I could purchase another unit at a higher price. I said that I would wait. On 11/16/2010 Susan called and said that the units still were not in. There would be another week. I said that I would wait. Then Susan said that the money I paid had been refunded and that was all the owner was going to do. During the trime I have contacted Iowa State Attorney General; the New Jersey Attorney General and also the New Jersey Better Business Bureau. I hope that another customer does not run into what I have. Thanks for your time in reading this. MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU”
