Cash Loan Team

I was contacted by a Dan Russo from some law firm that told me I was a defendant in a case that was being filed against me. The person that returned my call was a Daniel something who pretended that Dan Russo was in a meeting with the other lawyers and couldn’t return my call so he did (Daniel). I asked him what this was regarding and her was speakingon so fast I could hardly keep up with him or get a word in. He pretended that his law firm sent me a letter about the alligations that were being filed against me which is fraud and a attempt to commit theft knowingly. I asked him who the company was that was filing these charges and he said The Cash Loan Team and I told him that I have never had a loan with this company and he quickly said the amount was for $405. He didn’t give me a available chance to ask if I had this loan then what year was it taken out? He quickly said ok we will be serving you with papers to appear in court and I told him to do what you needed to do. He was trying to antagonize me and it didn’t work. I have never had a loan with this company and when he didn’t like my response he blurted out that information and quickly hung up. When you call the number back you get a recording and it doesn’t say you have reached the law offices of (blank). If they were legit I would have received this letter that they said they supposedly sent to me three weeks ago and I would’ve responsed back to allegations made against me like that. This is an attempt to commit fraud and money that was never received.
