I signed up for courses for Systems Security Administration. At the time, everything in my life was okay. But, soon after I signed up, I had my second miscarriage in six months, found out that my mother in California was terminally ill with a Klatskin tumor, we’re uninsured and my 7 year old daughter had to have a tooth extraction, fillings and a spacer! Between the D&C for the miscarriage (out of pocket) and the dental procedures for my daughter, we are broke!! I’ve been out of work since July 30th. I had to sell my wedding ring to help pay the mortgage payment (VERY late!!). I never had time to take advantage of anything CBT had to offer because of all that had happened recently, nor could I afford it. I paid $2,500 for access to all they had to offer and haven’t spent a single minute utilizing any of it!! I don’t have the time! I just want to be credited back the $2,500 I paid. THAT’S IT!! I have talked to SEVERAL people at CBT and THEY DON’T CARE. I could be on fire, dying of cancer, jumping off of a cliff, gun to my head, suicidal and they wouldn’t credit my account!! They are HEARTLESS and just out to make a buck at any expense!! Merry Christmas CBT! My kids aren’t having Christmas, but CBT is!! At our expense and alot of other people apperantly!
