Cherif Medawar is nothing more than a Con Man. He puts advertisements in newspapers for FREE Commercial Real Estate Workshops in various communities as if he can teach you everything you need to know about getting into Commercial Real Estate and making big money for yourself.He gets up on stage boosting about how successful he is and how much money he’s making without doing any work at all and in reality all he’s trying to do is trying to get you to attend one of his Workshops and pay him anywhere from around $2000 to $4000.With me it started out at $3800 and I flat out told his Telemarketer NO, the next day the same Telemarketer called back offering $2000, I agreed to $2000 and they set me the Package of materials but they never signed me up for the Workshop.About 6 month later I received a letter from the Orlando Bankruptcy Court in forming me the Cherif Medawar’s “The Institute of Commercial Real Estate”” company along with about 200 other companies that are associated with Robert Allen Real Estate Investing Companies had filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.Now I saw in the September 13
