Coca Cola takes advantage of its employees. The company forces its employees to work not only every holiday, but several weeks of their days off adjoining. This causes the employees to go for consecutive weeks without a day off every time there is a holiday. Coca Cola forces employees to work between 10 and 15 hours a day. The employee is not allowed to complete his shift until all the “work is done””. This work load and the time needed to complete it is given no discression. The company continues to claim that the shifts are only 8 hours
