Paid $700 for CNA training classes at CTK Healthcare in August 2009. Attended and passed the final with 100%. The administration is so incompetent that they misfiled my paperwork with DADS and when I showed up at 6:00a.m. to sit for the CNA exam, my name was not on the list. Testing only takes place once a month. It this time it was too late to get in for the October test, and the next time they could get me on the list was in November. I had employment starting in September contingent upon my passing this exam IN AUGUST! They weren’t going to hold a position for me for two months, so of course I lost the position.CTK did NOT care. They denied dropping the ball. They got “mad”” at me for chewing them out for causing this mess with their incompetence. Filing paperwork with the State for CNA exams is NOT a complicated process.
