I had a cosmetic procedure by Dr. Merrell about a year ago. His fee was approximately $7500. One nostril became inflamed following removal of sutures by him resulting in collapse of some tissue and subsequent distortion. Dr. Merrell said he would fix the defect when I returned in March. When I did return in March he evidently had changed his mind or had never intended to do any revision. He proceeded to tell me about how he had to “make a living and a lot of people had uneven nostrils.”” He said if I didn’t have trouble breathing such that it kept me awake at night
