Report Filed: drive now drive now is trying to charge me an extra 2769.11 dollars saying that i deferred payments to the end of my loan which was paid off date for 2/28/2015 phoenix Arizona!!

i never dferred payments to the end of the loan. they sent me a payment history which shows they charged me 5 payments in one day its a mess i asked for an arbitrator and they refusedand are threatening to repo my car if i dont make another payment to them. according to my math the car is paid offwhat can i do to get help to understand their reasoning i am trying to understand how I have to pay for deferred payments that I never deferred to drive now
