Dwight and Dons Auto Care charged for a part that wasnt used, labor required to install a non-existent replacement part, expensive versions of a substandard part, inflated the amount for labor, and raised the final bill from the verbal quote. They have no ethics, no morals or principles. They were not at all cordial or professional. This is a pattern and I know that they have done other people the same. So, my car was taken to Ace Auto & Tire Center and, I had my car diagnosed and their findings was a wire set, ignition coil the same parts Dwight and Don’s claimed to have repaired. They have been reported to Attorney General, AirCheck Texas, Consumer Sentinel, Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, Department of Public Safety, Yelp, My 3 Cents, MyFOXdfw, and RipOff. Would love to bring media into this because I do have over whelming evidence that has raised alot of eye brows in this bad economy.
