El Burrito Restaurant – Fort Collins, ColoradoMy experience recently at El Burrito was terrible in three ways:1. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The waiter was extremely rude and incompetent, thus I left him a tip reflecting his level of inadequate service. 2. When I reviewed my credit card statement a week later, I noticed that the amount charged at El Burrito was significantly more than what I authorized on the receipt. Went to the restaurant with my receipt copy and statement and demanded that the difference be refunded, the manager refused. Filed a fraud claim with the bank, money was returned. 3. Lastly, the food is terrible! You can find better Mexican food in the freezer section of your supermarket.Avoid this place!!
