I worked For this company from February 2018-September 2018. I was hired by the company in August of 2018 after working as a temp for 6 months. During my time as temp agent, I saw the company bus in temp workers from metro Atlanta. Some of these workers looked and smelled like they hadnu2019t showered in weeks. These were the same laborers putting their hands on the customeru2019s (Boxycharm, Bespoke and Scentbird) products. I witnessed multiple fist fights during work hours on the production line. The management team had worked together for 10+ years. So anyone they didnu2019t like, regardless of qualifications was terminated without cause or due to false accusations. I was terminated after I was threatened by an African man who lied to HR by saying I walked up to him forcefully. Human Resources will side with the minority party regardless of video evidence or rationality. There were multiple inner-work relationships going on within this company. Very unprofessional. I knew Of various sex acts being committed in the parking lot. Excessive touching and flirting between management and associates. They allowed dysfunctional alcoholics to work there. Elanders cares more about looking out for a specific group of people as opposed to get the job done in timely manner and shipping a quality product to its customers. I witnessed multiple accounts of racism during my tenure there. AVOID WORKING FOR ELANDERS OR DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
