I was requesting an exchange for stands which where in operating condition. The manager begun harassing and threatening me telling me to come outside telling me he knows where I live. Threatening me with vulgar language. This place shouldn’t be operating in NYC as a business. I will be reporting this to NYC consumer affairs, with the better business bureau as well as on ripoffscams.com. Beware of these criminal thugs worst service ever! These people are criminals. I bought speaker stands from this company. They charged me $60. When I arrived at my house I opened the box and both stands where broken.
