I was told that if I had any problems, ALL vehicles were under warranty. 3 days later, pulling off the highway, felt a clunk. Pulled over and transmission fluid everywere. Had vehicle towed and diagnosed by mechanic. Rear main seal on transmission is leaking. Transmission must first be removed before seal can be replaced. ASC warranty refused claim because I had less than 300 miles on the vehicle and I was told that was pre-existing damage, and I was not covered unless a covered part caused this failure. ASC only pays up to 1,000 dollars not including labor and diagnosis. 1,000 dollars on a transmission issue might exceed the or be close to vehicle value. AL, at ELLAS Auto Outlet, ducked me for two weeks. He claimed he would talk to his warranty rep and let me know, never did. He refused to have the work done at his off site facility and deal directly with ASC warranty. The offsite repair center, which he advertises as e reason his prices are so low, doesnt exist!
