I ordered a GPS Garmin Nuvi 3590LMT-R from Factory Outlet via telephone (800)7211373. The man took my order, took down my information, and said my GPS would come within approximately 3-5 business days. The GPS arrived. I unrapped the GPS and looked on the backside to see if they (Factory Outlet) had sent the right GPS. The model number of GPS device read, Garmin Nuvi 3590LM. It was the wrong model number. I had ordered a Garmin Nuvi 3590 LMT-R. I plugged the GPS into my computer to register my device. I looked at the screen, and I could plainly see the screen was cracked on the inside of the screen. The face was not cracked on the outside of the screen. It was nice and smooth. The screen was cracked on the inside of the glass. I called them to let them know they sent wrong model GPS, and that the glass was damaged on the inside of the glass. The first person I talked to told me, “Oh no. You send to Garmin. We don’t take them back.”” So I calmly I went to Walmart
