St Peters MO and surrounding areasFamily meat co consists of a guy or two in a pick up truck with a freezer strapped in the bed. They will talk your ears off. i finally decided to give it a try and to help support local business. The meat we received had a yellowish color on the fat even after cooking. The “fillets”” were white in color and appeared to be pork! (investigation pending)After we tried the fillets we thought we just cooked it wrong so tried the next night by cooking a fillet
