Hired this scammer for simple eviction proceedings, paid retainer which should have easily covered his time but he and his assistant are incompetent so it took them longer than necessary to file the eviction proceedings. They did not know how to do this job and expected me to pay for their time to learn the process. After blowing through the intial $750 retainer, he racked up another $1000 in fees and never even completed the job. I refused to pay. He kept sending bills and I finally called and offered to settle. He refused to settle so I again refused to pay. Now he has filed a suit in small claims court for $2300, claiming that it has cost him almost $1300 in fees since I refused to pay. This piece of crap is an absolute criminal and should be disbarred.
