ARIZONA MORTGAGE BROKER ENTANGLED IN CALIFORNIA FRAUD CASE Fred Golestani, owner and Vice President of Qualified West and Qualified Mortgage Services, has been named as a defendant in a complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, involving the alleged theft of the Beverly Hills Rent A Car business in 2018. Los Angeles County residents David Sajasi and Ani Balabanian, are also named in the complaint. Court records reveal that Golestani formed Luxury Line LLC as a California limited liability company in August 2018, and used the company as a front to allegedly steal business assets of Beverly Hills Rent A Car totaling more than $7 Million on October 1, 2018. The California fraud case exposes Golestani to damages in excess of $10 Million if he is found guilty of the theft. A trial date is set in November 2023.
