I took my truck to Fred Haas for service because the spiral cable was broken. This caused the horn not to work. They called me and said both horns were bad and would cost about 300 to fix. Horns very seldom go out so I would not ok repair. Then they said one horn worked but it was damaged and should be replaced. I ask them to do state inspection and I would come get it. They told me they could not inspect it because only one horn worked. When I picked it up I immediately noticed they had unplugged the one horn to Cover up the lie. It’s also a lie that you need both horns.
