Instead of it, my progress was rolled back to november 2016. Due to this i lost my mclaren mp4 31 car, and lotus evora progress in R&D event.Not only that, i loose a lot of tokens and credits too. I tried to contact him numbers of time mailing him but didn”t get any response. Then I again contact getting the another ticket id but didn”t get any help yet. After I played my first race for the current nightshade season, I noticed my multiplayer rating dropped down and was set back from 2001 to 1000 instead of it being set to 1800. I also noticed that there is no record of the previous season (which I participated in) if that means anything. I reported this to customer care earlier and tried all that was suggested but nothing seems to be working.

As Gameloft are fully aware, in the game War Planet-online global conquest, there was a HUGE problem with the World v World event on Friday 27th July 2018. As a result of this problem that Gameloft have already accepted responsibility for, they chose to reset the game. Unfortunately, due to this reset, more upset and more losses have been incurred by EVERYBODY who plays the game. Personally, 1 of my factions (AHU) baby sparta, was deleted from the server and players in said faction were teleported across the globe. This was bad enough. Then after 2 days and nights of replacing a lost faction and the cost of in-game medals to return players to where they were, Gamelofts reset cost me and all my faction members to lose all troops built, all upgrades built, all commander experience points earned plus many more in game activities. The other 2 factions I am associated with, (300) sparta and (//A)ace-usa and who I have players in have lost EVERYTHING we did in the game since Friday 27th July. I understand problems happen. Sometimes through no persons fault. Technology goes wrong at times. That said, we insist on Gameloft making amends for the mentioned losses, both in man hours played and in what we achieved in those hours. I am merely the spokes person for over 200 friends and associates who have been made to lose vast amounts of in-game material, medals, troops and many more things through the actions of Gameloft How they do this is tricky but I am confident Gameloft has enough integrity to do right by the millions of people who play and enjoy this game. Contacted Gameloft several times about the game Asphalt 8 Airborne. The issues were never resolved and at some stage game became worse and worse to the point there was no fun playing it on free races or multi player races as the cars were not performing up to the specs and levels compared with other players. Crashes in straight line without a reason, much less speed then others with the same level of specifications. Times were when my cars were able to start a race all others were already miles away !!! In about 2 or 3 days lost almost 300 rank points even being second or third in races. Loosing points even after others crashed my car and see people behind me gaining points !? Gameloft support people was never keen to sort things out and e-mail”s were received stating that some customer assistant weren”t up to what you expect to find a solution to all the reported issues with pictures, etc !! There were times that I felt bullied and really felt that inside of Gameloft people could be doing things to upset me or to make me drop ranks, loose points and get upset. Really bad from Gameloft as a company !!!

For quite long time I have been playing asphalt xtreme, asphalt 8 and asphalt 9; sent a lot of e-mail’s throgh customer services, etc, etc, and never had a acceptable reply apart of the silly answers/replies, try to install again, give some time as a update was launched and takes a while to settle,… And… My gaming issues were never sorted. Also filled complaints about performance of cars bellow others on the same rank, unnexpected crashes (out of the blue), cars flying like birds, late starts while others were just miles away, disconnection from gameloft servers (several),… Just to mention a few and obviously complaints about hackers and cheaters on all games never sorted!!! Imagine that on 30 multiplayer races I have lost in one morning nearly 300 rank points and never managed to finish at least third… Sometimes could see on screen 2nd nd at the end I was really last or a position before last. Furthermore, in many many occasions finished races and all others did get their ranks and mine was the same and most times no points just a sign (=) is this fair and acceptable after many complaints for the past 2 years? I don’t think so!!! And, why you place players with cars with ranks like 1696 and 1500 racing other cars on over 2500 and 3000 ranks??? No way to play those races and if you don’t race you loose points and if you race you loose as well because you can’t keep up… Bullying online!!! Last,… I think that gl plays the bully attitude and… Unnaceptable situation is; like myself probably there’s other people getting annoyed and stressed instead of having fun and enjoying the rides. For the last 4-5 months I have been actively playing siegefall version 571110 1.1. oi through Google play. I have submitted more than 6 emails to support services without any resolution along with calling several times without a real person ever answering the phone. Gameloft has apparently implemented a practice of banning players “for suspicious activity” without providing any details about what activity resulted in this unilateral decision.in my case, after months of playing Gameloft”s Gangstar Vegas game, I accumulated a fair amount of in-game credits. So far, Gameloft has not provided any details about why I was banned, but I could only speculate my in-game credit balance might have triggered some arbitrary metric that resulted in my account being unfairly and inappropriately flagged. I do not use cheats or otherwise violate Gameloft”s terms and conditions, and Gameloft should be able to review the activity on its game servers to verify that the activity on my account is consistent with normal gameplay. I would STRONGLY recommend to anyone who might consider putting money into a Gameloft game to NEVER EVER fall into this trap. AVOID GAMELOFT PRODUCTS!!! Just imagine the frustration of putting time and money to progress in a game only to have your account unfairly banned without reasonable cause.

Gameloft represents capitalism at its mercenary worst. Their Customer Care department is a cruel joke. To paraphrase a popular Youtube video, crazy, nasty-ass Gameloft don”t care. In response to my complaint that a glitch after their latest update had robbed me of a quite inconvenient but not enormous amount of in-game currency when attempting to purchase evolution materials, their stand was that since this transaction did not show up on their end there was nothing they could do for me. No amount of reasoning could persuade them to part with the few lines of code that would have saved them a customer. While admittedly not a big spender, I have made several purchases from them over the year that I have been playing DH5, but they would still prefer to lose my business rather than compensate me for my loss, even though the actual cost to them would be nothing. I am done with Gameloft and sincerely recommend that anyone else avoid ever becoming involved in one of their games.

Hello Team, Today I have opened the installed game in my samsung duos (no multimedia) and without any notification/message on the screen, 50 Rs are deducted. Hey, I play Asphal 9 for a quite time now, and at the curent stage on McLaren Senna Special Event I and few order drivers from RoLegion Club are “split” in two teams, even if we are all in the same team when we tock about Club Rewards . We talked with our team about it, and we realised that from 20 Club players, 4 are in one part, ant 16 are on the ordher part of the same team. Hi, the complaint is against Gameloft. This is in regards to blueprints available in the Asphalt 8 mobile game to collect and assemble a vehicle. I have some 18-19 blueprints that vanished & only 13 left. Gameloft is not ready to return or compensate them, just because they’re charging real money for that vehicle in the game. I am seriously fed up with the god damn stronghold update. I ### hate it (pardon my language, but I only swear when I am pissed off)! I left a review in the app store, but I honestly don’t think you guys read them since I’ve never seen you reply to any of them. Anyways, for starters, I hate that I now don’t have a choice in who’s stronghold I raid unless I pay with quartz, though that’s not the real problem. The problem is that the minions are too ### powerful, even when they logically shouldn’t be. I am in the Warrior 3 rank, and all my armour and weapons are tier 5 and all maxed out, yet I can only win like 1 in 15 raids, if that. And every time I get bumped down to Warrior 2, I have no problem going back up. But for some damn reason, once I hit Warrior 3, its ### impossible! Its one thing if a few people have overpowered minions, but apparently everyone does! I shouldn’t need legendary equipment to win raids when I’m only halfway up the ### ranks! And I shouldn’t have such a frustrating experience every damn time I play the game! You should either lower minion stats so that people can have a ### chance to win, or allow us to raid people in a lower rank like you used to. On a side note, I also hate how you switched to those stupid stronghold stones. Since its basically impossible to win a raid, I can barely get any stones, so I can’t buy new minions or boosters, which means I can’t get anything to help me win, and it goes in a vicious cycle. So either get rid of them, or again, don’t make it so damn hard to win. I’m not exaggerating either, its been 2 weeks since I’ve won a raid. It’s ### ridiculous, and both me and my friends are really considering deleting the game because of these new updates

I am Shriram Giridhara, and today (12/9/17), I was playing my favorite game, Asphalt 8, and I exited the game after farming a lot of credits for the ongoing Enduro Double Down for the Corvette GS. When I opened the game again, something weird happened. I had a negative amount of credits. Specifically, -916, 522, 676 credits. I am not sure if this is a glitch or something, but I had about 3 million credits to start with. I would really like to have back my credits since I was not able to spend any credits. Just to clarify, I did not use any kind of hacking tool to do this. It happened in between the opening and closing of the game. My username is Shriram G. I found this site and was very impressed with all the cool games they had, so I decided to try it out and signed up. I paid and purchased many games on Gameloft website, played a lot and had fun. But one day I wasn”t able to lock in! I have no idea why but these guys banned me and I have no access to all of my games! I contacted customer service and they only reply I received said that I was banned. They never explained the reason! They got my money, allowed me to play a little bit and then banned me. I tried to get a refund, but it seems like they decided to keep my money. Beware!

I had successfully installing the game. After playing for more than a month, three days ago the game has refused to enter the server giving error “Unable to reach Dragolandia! Sorry, the game servers are currently Down” I have tried everything, uninstalling and then reinstalled, but the result is the same. I am using Windows Mobile. I have a complain about game Modern Combet 5:Blackout, in this when I open the game every time it hangs after 5 minute I opened it weather I am on battle (it also deduct my points and when it starts working it says”disconected from the server”) or selecting weapons it every time hangs such that it can not go foreword without without hanging. I have asked gameloft to restore my gear on my ranger on order and chaos. My gear was deleted by my [censored] brother and I have asked them to restore it for me. They refuse to because it breaks their stupid rule of account sharing. They wanna say it”s my fault because I let it happen. Even though i”m in brazil and my brother is in the usa. I have 2 ipads and left one behind, which my brother got into and I had my account saved on that ipad as well. After explaining to them what happened, they want to accuse me of lying because they went into “investigation” and say my account was used in another country and that they believe I was sharing my account. After telling them that i”m in a different country, they still refuse to restore my gear. While other players are banned for hacking for like 1 or 2 weeks, they get a slap on the wrist while I can”t get my 15k gear score ranger that I have worked very hard on and years on. I didn”t break any rule. They want to say I broke the rule of unauthorized use of my account when I never shared it but simply was accessed under my nose. They refuse to see it my way and just simply want to push it a side and not help me cuz they think I broke their rule. While other players have committed worse acts they get to keep playing while I get this crap from them. It”s highly unacceptable that i”m treated this way when I have done nothing wrong and they are letting years of progress into the trash.

I have been banned from playing disneys magic kingdom I am not a big gamer and fail to understand how you can hack or cheat in this game. I do not often play games sp to be banned from one I was actually enjoying and had got very far on really upsets me I have no way of contacting them to resolve this issue. I have been playing the mentioned racing games for a long while but at some point after joining Gameloft Forums and my first complaints to customer services my games became “unplayable”; Gameloft never helped to sort issues like cars going flying like birds, crashing for no reason plus after e-mail’s all cars started to be much slower then all other players making me to loose a huge amount of points, getting stressed and start feeling after each contact to Gameloft that and I think, for quite sometime I’ve been kind of “bullied” online on their racing games also because after each e-mail or complaint my games became even worse to play. At some point Gameloft told me that was my internet connection (which always been) top and fast without disconnections. All disconnections were from their servers at the beginning of races or during races. Latetly I was placed in races with all oponents in ranks sometimes 2000 above my cars (can you race and get a decent place with this kind of trouble???). At some point in 50 multiplayer races on asphalt 9 I was last miles away from others due to all the issues reported and much more after contact with Gameloft (kind of penalty imposed or barring on my player file), … today I have lost 200 rank points and gave up playing asphalt 9 who became worse then ever after my e-mail to Gameloft in the early morning. I think that this “company” is not to trust and they never have a good customer service. Spend some real money on the games and what I did get in return??? Stress and the bad feeling when you’re bullied and you can’t get the bully. I am over 50 years of age and excuse my honesty; this Gameloft company is made of what and runned by who or what type of people ???

I have had a problem with mc5 for the longest, ever since I downloaded it three years ago. It started acting up and every time I get to another level it goes down to the sale level I was on before It went up or it goes down like two levels or it sometimes freezes and my VIP is froze it was suppose to go up but it never did. And then when I buy combat packs and armour packs, and whatever kind of packs it gives me the item I already have. Like for example the werewolf gloves I have but it gives me it again though I already have it, so I never get a chance to get and parts of the other and new armours that I don”t have. And It takes my credits away and when I earn then it like gives me less than what I”m suppose to have. Av!! Just lots of problems OK. My level should be 140 and I should be a veteran right now. Also I should have all the suits and guns with all I”ve done. Also when I”m like playing a game, let”s say c. T. F, when I”m done playing it goes right back to loading weapons data and It takes a long time to load, and I al sick of waiting. My user name on mc5 is Ahava and my dogtag is Fdf66d.

I have had an account with Asphalt 8 for a long time. I have not played the game a number of months, but upon opening it for the fist time in a while, it told me that I was banned for suspicious activity. First of all, I have never done anything suspicious on this game, of course it would make sense if you were to take that last statement with a grain of salt, I am sure that’s what everybody says when they get banned, but what I don’t understand is why I got banned, especially when I have not played in a very long time, I believe that this is some kind of mistake, I’m sure you can find some kind of history if you were to look up my profile or something. I have just been banned from this game for no reason.2 years ago my account would not load it said can not connect.. I was stuck like this for 2 years… After some time of working on my problem game loft finally got my account to work. When I got my account back I had unlimited tanks and power ups, wich I thought was my compensation. Now I logged in the other day my tanks and power ups where gone, no big deal I thought. Then I logged on 2 hours later to find out ive been banned. If you could please lidt thus banned and it would be nice to get my tanks and power ups back. This is not the first time I’ve been getting messages on a daily basis. I’m still in shock of how in the world they got my number and details. They must be some sort of scammers. I have played this fame for awhile and loved it, i log in using my facebook account but everytime i load with google app it created a new gamer profile i never chose. I bought amount of credit that was put automatically on the wrong account. I asked to fix but got told that gameloft does not reinburse or transfer the amount of credit i paid for. I have recd sms from 20000 on 18/2 & 19/2 to my Digi mobile line to bill me of RM5 each which i did not subcribe or no knowledge of this website. I have tried endless times to contact the customer care but have had no joy. The staff are not helpful enough to assist and say that they cannot help me, i need to go onto the site to raise a ticket, which i was unsuccessful at. I have tried playing this game today to find I have been banned I have done nothing wrong I’ve only been playing the game 3 days and was getting to like it this is I exceptable banning people for suspiciousness I have done nothing other than upgrade my cars and race that’s all the game is please how do I sort this you can’t ban people for no reason it’s banned me for 14 days all my races and progress have been deleted I was ranked 7 in the 4 day event that is finishing today I’ve spent hours and hours racing to do that no all that is gone I am very very disappointed in this service and think it is very harsh on people to act like that I mean seriously hacking? I hope you can help me, I am very addicted to this game, I”m 44 yr old lady and play this game daily, especially when there are special missions. Sadly there is an aspect of the game I am really not happy with. I spend ALOT of money on this game, but feel very let down by yourselves, for (like me) your loyal customers. Every time a new mission starts I have to pay all over again to upgrade the time limit on the special mission tokens, which I feel is very unfair on your customers. Not only do I buy normal tokens and a lot of them, you try and get every drop of cash you can, just because I am a loyal game player. The least you could do is allow each person to build up the special mission speed/time tokens. Also I am trying to get 2 island hopper cards, I realise this mission is finished but still like to upgrade if I can. I would appreciate an answer as to why you feel you have to squeeze every last drop of cash out of your customers. I was playing another minion game, where you build up an island, to which yet again I spent a hell of a lot of cash, to then one day get told it”s stopping, which I was livid about, after spending hard earned money, you feel the right to just pull the game when you feel like it.
