A great deception. Thieves! There are more than 6 months I purchased a vacuum cleaner robot. After 6 months waiting, after having to pay usd 200, 00 on fines due to gearbest misinforming the cost of the product (I paid 229, 33 usd while the shipping company registered it as usd 20, 00!), and after exchanging several emails with gearbest, the product finally arrived at my home. Fautly! Defective! Not working! I then asked the company to either cash me back or exchange the product, they just say they can refund me usd 29, 33 saying they have paid the fines for me! Wooowww! So kind! Paying the fines generated by their arbitrary decision to lie about the price (if wasn”t for their cheat, I would not have to pay the fines). But when having to exchange my product, without concrete justification, they tell me that they can refund me usd 29, 33.in other words, gearbest did not paid the fines. Gearbest just returned me usd 200, 00 in advance, according to their attitude.

Normally this order contains three products which all of them were in stock on pre-sales activity, that effects to my choice of products around many options. I am experiencing an issue with Gearbest. I ordered a Tarantula quadcopter on 27 Dec 2015 along with associated spare parts order# WW1512271921213778. 30 Dec they sent me a shipping number. I checked the DHL shipping number and it showed info sent to shipper but package was not picked up until over a week later after inquires made as to why it had not been picked up as I had paid for expedited shipping! Sure the original picture of a shipping label was emailed but it just shows a shipping label attached to a piece of plastic nothing showing an actual package. DHL tracking ([protected] ) info shows picked up 07 January 14:28 Singapore (funny shows picked up same day I made inquiry) returned to shipper 07 January 21:14 Singapore, Signed for by Benson 08 January 11:49 Stirling delivery area. Quite the scam they have going to even show delivery in Canada approximately 15 hours later. Amazing delivery system if they could pull that off as this is just physically impossible but at least DHL info shows the final route as Singapore. I am now receiving all the canned answers wanting me to wait 7 days for a response so they can ensure package was returned to warehouse (not my problem man). I have seen way too many positive reviews on sites. I bought a smartphone from gearbest and it was defective, I noticed the screen simply stopped responding to touch everytime it screen locked. This just a couple months after buying but since 45 days had gone by they refused to refund me the total ammount, they offered a partial refund (about 70% of the inicial cost)or to send a refurbished item back to me. I had to send the item back to sem which costed a bit but ok seemed fair. Although they refused to send me a different model (even if lower priced) and this didn’t sit well but ok I’ll accept it. Now the refurbished item arrives and it is defective out of the box. I complain to support and now they say I’ve used the item for a long time and that they can only refund me for 30% of the initial cost or that I can send the item back and they will send me a refurbished one. I bought the product on Apr 10, 2015. The product stopped working properly. It is guaranteed by GearBest to freely repair the product that stop working within 360 days period. I had a request about this by opening a ticket (ticket no: T15111604622). I have placed on order on GearBest. Suddenly DHL wants me to pay taxes ( more than half the amount of the purchased product ). Since I wasn’t informed about this beforehand I refused and informed DHL kindly to send the package back to GearBest. This is well within my rights as a consumer. After two months and a lot of mails between me and their customer service still no solution. DHL now tells me that they destroyed the package with the agreement of Gearbest. Gearbest tells me : If the package is destroyed it’s also our loss so you won’t get compensation. No compensation for something I paid, never received and that they decided to destroy ? I don’t understand this logic. Their customer service is also very low quality it seems .. My english seems better than theirs since it appears they don’t read my mails entirely, ask questions I’ve already answered and repeat themselves. Lack of empathy or knowledge ? I made an order for a card reader from this company. I did not receive it. When I asked about it they said that their policy was that had to wait for 2 MONTHS before they could help. They kept “assuring” that the item was shipped but that there was no way to track the shipment. After weeks of this back and forth, and the item never appearing, Inasked for a refund, and their responses curiously stopped. I am seeking a refund via PayPal’s Buyer Protection Policy. Simply a horrible company and a horrible experience dealing with them.

I ordered a mobile phone on the 9th November, which was sent out by gearbest. On receipt of the item in my country, the delivery company had lost the item. The delivery company admit they have lost the item and simply ask gearbest to raise a claim. I cannot deal with the delivery company directly. I have raised a number of tickets with gearbest support, invariably receiving different responses, all ultimately resulting in “please collect your item from the delivery company within 14 days”. The delivery company have told me it is lost. I have told gearbest to raise a claim, and had they actually done so they will realise the item is lost. The aftersales care is poor. In gearbests defence, I have ordered from them for a couple of years, and any issues has been resolved promptly. I will however, never again, order from them.

I ordered a watch from GearBest back in December. Two months passed and I received nothing yet! After I checked the reviews I feel like I was scammed and robbed. I have no clue where my order is or when it will be delivered. I actually doubt that I”ll ever receive something. Of course I tried to contact them, sent tons of messages regarding the status of my order, but no one ever answered! I want to speak to someone from GearBest, I need some explanations! I ordered a watch from GearBest website and it took them over two months to deliver. When I opened the package I saw that my watch arrived broken. I contacted their customer service and asked for a full refund since the product I received was broken. They offered me a partial refund but I refused. I contacted them again and they finally agreed. They have only and only nice photos and wording on them website! after given time limit I havent received my item, so I contacted these idiots they said go to your local post office and find out! I ordered hair with Gearbest on the 4th of May via Express shipping which suppose to have taken 7 to 14 days to be delivered. I contacted them several times and kept on getting different responses from different agents. They told me to wait until the 21 July, they kept on dodging my question “why do i need to wait for almost 3 months”. It is the 25th and still haven’t received my parcel, now they want to compensate 40%. i feel if they send my product through safe and correct shipping and on time my product would have arrived safely.

I ordered several items from GearBest over two weeks ago. I received no confirmation emails and no tracking number, so I contacted the company and asked about the status of my order. After two weeks, my order is still processing. I was told that few things that I ordered were out of stock. Then I asked them to cancel my entire order and asked for a refund. I ordered something from GearBest four months ago and received nothing yet! Tracking system showed that my package was shipped long ago, but it was never delivered. I contacted customer service and informed them about missing package. They said that I have to pay $30 if I want them to resend the item. I ordered the above product which is supposed to convert a digital TV into a smart TV. The product never worked. I advised the company about the problem and asked for a replacement. The company never sent me a return address so I returned it to the return address on the package the product arrived. They refused to cooperate and allowed only compensation in accord wit their sales system by offering me 200 points. These points amount to less than 4 dollars, less than the return postage. According to their Warranty and Return Policy, they claim a 45 day money-back guarantee. In their reply to my complaint, a GearBest representative stated: “As for this case, we will not compensate you according to our policy. As a good will, we could provide you 200 points as compensation. Please note: this is the best we could offer you.” I replied: “I do not accept the terms above. I never used this product as it never worked. I demand replacement of the item or I will take action to assure you do not send defective, fake or inoperative products to anyone, anywhere in the world. I sent you all the details and you agreed to help and now the story has changed. This is your policy statement: Dead on Arrival (DOA) Contact our Support Center for RMA authorization, within 5 days of receiving the item, and ship the product back via the least expensive method. The item will be exchanged with a replacement upon all details received (pictures/videos).” After their refusal to exchange the product due to a lot of technicalities they place on warranties, I cited their 45 day money-back guarantee: “45 Day Money Back Guarantee 1. In the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back for a refund within 45 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable. 2. If the product works (but you do not wish to retain it) you can also send it back within a 45 day period for a refund. I place an order on 19.08.2019 -order number [protected]. Gearbest took the money. Until now I did not receive my order and seems i will no longer get it. Instead I contact these guys twice till now: at first they told me the product is no longer in stock, but going to be shipped in a week. After a week, they come up with a better excuse – the product is no longer being produced, so you need to pick another one and pay for the difference! Now, that i look for ways to file a complain I realize that this is the way they operate! GEARBEST is a SCAM, be aware! I purchased a mobile phone from GearBest. There was a sale that day, so I paid only $100 for it. It was quite cheap, so I decided to pay extra for Expedited Shipping. After weeks of waiting, I sent them a message asking where my phone was and when it will be delivered. But I was told they are not having the phone in stock. All those weeks they waited for me to ask first about the phone before telling me that it was out of stock! Why didn”t they tell me that my item was out of stock when I placed the order? They told they would get it in 10-15 business days, and then send it to me. I sent them another email after waiting for three weeks and asked if the phone was in stock yet. I purchased a phone from GearBest, but when it arrived it was damaged and there was no charger. I really hate this company! I have told them many times to send me a new phone with the charger, but still nothing! These people don”t want to listen.
