Took on our flip house renovation project and turned a decent project into a financial and physical mess. Over billed us, under performed, terrible quality work for the little that was done, we had to pay someone to go back and fix it right. 6 week project 3 months later not 1/2 way done. Just about to fire them and they say they are closing their doors for good. Not sure if true or not because most of the words that came out of their mouth did not turn out to be as spoken! Excuses, excuses, excuses. Now in the uncomfortable process of recovering what we can.
