I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND PURCHASING OR USING ANY WONDERSHARE PRODUCTS.....THEY ARE FRAUDS

while I was vacationing in Europe from Sept 3-Sept 17th, I received a fraud notice from my credit card company at Navy Federal saying I had been charged 72.00 for PDF filler (while I was in Europe) and they asked me if I had in fact ordered this software. I TOLD THEM NO!! They put a hold on my credit card and told me to file a dispute when I get home from Europe. Upon returning to the USA, I called WONDERSHARE and told them I wanted a full refund for the illegal charge against my credit card ending in 3910 that was made on September 17th, and that they were to cease and desist from all such practices. After repeated attempts I finally got ahold of a person in their billing department that 1. could barely speak English, 2. was Rude and nasty and 3. Told me that since SHE could not locate the charge I was referring to there would be no refund to my credit card, even for something I did not order. She then hung up on me!!! I emailed the billing and support department emails at [email protected] and [email protected] and gave them not only a blow by low of how they illegally charged my credit card, but a copy of the actual billing statement from the credit card company at Navy Federal. Todate they still have refused to refund my money. THIS FIRM SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND PROSECUTED FOR FRAUD. NAVY FEDERAL SHOULD NOT AUTHORIZED ANY MORE CHARGES TO EVER BE MADE AGAINST ANY CONSUMERS CREDIT CARD DUE TO THE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES OF WONDERSHARE. SINCERELY, A REALLY UPSET CONSUMER
