This guy Jim comes off as a business owner/operator that seems to know what he is doing. So you feel good leaving your car there. But…BEWARE!!! What he knows how to do is rip you off!!! We took our truck to get air lift bags replaced. He gave us an estimate and we left him a hefty deposit. He promised it would be ready in a few days. A week went by and he hadn’t called. We called him and there was no answer. When his wife did answer, we left messages that were never returned. Finally he called and said it was ready. We picked it up and the bill was twice as much as what he had said. He took it upon himself to install this and replace that. These changes were unnecessary and he should have called and asked us first! All these extra kits cost money we weren’t expecting to pay! He also said he “threw away”” all the parts he changed out. They were still good parts!! He probably kept them for himself!! Any way
