Buyer Beware! JotForm and/or Interlogy.com (which redirects to JotForm.com) I purchased a membership script from Interlogy.com called Profile Manager Premium. No support (though it was promised on the site – see the screen shot btw which states the “wonderful support”” and unlimited access to the forums
