I placed an order on June 29th 2018. I ordered a 16ounce bottle of 30% hydroquinone cream. The site requires you to pay by either Bitcoin or Amamzon gift card. I chose the Amazon gift card. The total amount of the gift card was $153.54. My gift card was cashed on June 29, 2018. I received an e-mail advising my order had shipped on 7 / 3 / 18. I was provided with a tracking number through USPS. The scheduled delivery was 7 / 7 / 18. I was out of town at the time so when I returned I checked and the package showed delivered to an address in Los Angeles. I DO NOT reside in Los Angeles. I reside in San Diego CA. My correct address is clearly printed on the shipping confirmation i received on 7 / 3 / 18. I contacted them by e-mail 3 times providing the shipping delivered confirmation to the wrong address asking for them to resend the package to my correct address. I received no reply. I spoke with the USPS which advised me to contact the seller because the package was addressed to the residence in Los Angeles. It was not mailed there by mistake. I still have yet to hear from them or recieve any product from them. If there is any action taken towards this company I would like to support it. I have read several other complaints regarding this company with the same outcome. Something needs to be done to avoid this company being able to continuously rip people off and continue to advertise and do business.
