JC BarnOperates under jcbarn.com Do not do any business with this company for any reason. If you feel like you must, please do yourself a favor and call their number first. Try and speak to someone at the business. I can guarantee that if you dial the number ten times you will get an answer zero times. They will never talk to you and will take forever to respond to any correspondence. I placed an order 10/23/2011, a Sunday. Their website said they ship by 3PM next business day so I figured give them until close of business Tuesday to check the tracking. Over 8 days later there is still no tracking number or order status on their website. They absolutely do not pick up the phone. I have called an estimated 50 times with no answers. When they finally got back to my emails, which were repeated many times, their response was, We are sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced. After tracing your order and the package, we found the package was lost. We will do the replacement for you today by priority. You should receive it soon.They failed to provide any tracking number or any proof that they ever shipped anything at all. I dont believe they ever shipped anything in the first place. Based on previous complaints Ive now read on the web at Ripoff Scams – and other sites – it appears that this is their M.O.. I have included in my email, requests for phone calls or any explanations as to why nobody ever answers, which they have failed to address altogether. This company is just awful. Stay away. You have been warned. I ordered an external laptop battery charger.11/02/2011
