Report Filed: Jett Sales, Inc. They sold me bent used rims on ebay, and wrote that they were new in the description and now I am stuck with them, CAN NOT RETURN THEM Laredo Texas!!
Marcos from Jett Sales, Inc. sold me rims which two of them were used, and the other bent. He stated in the description that they were new, and never used on any car, but when I got them, it was obvious that they had been used. I wanted to return them, but he will not take them back, though he stated in an email prior to me bidding on his item that if there was any problem whatsoever with the rims, that he would take them back. Now, he won’t take them back, and he won’t issue me a refund. SO NOW I AM STUCK WITH THEM. They falsely described their item on ebay, and anyone interested in buying on ebay, watch out for ebay user id: JETT_SALES2003 because they are crooks and have something against people from New York. On our previous phone conversation, I was told that New Yorkers are a bunch of talkers and no action, and that he and other people from Texas are much better business people. I returned them once, and he refused it from UPS, and I had them sent back to me, and now I am stuck with another $125.00 fee that was pointless, just like this purchase I made. I really am not the slightest bit happy with what has gone through thus far, and wish there could be a way I could get my money back and return these rims. Gaetano Howard Beach, New YorkU.S.A.
