This Judge is the Epitome of BAD! Double dipping in the political standard. This Guy is getting a pension AND getting paid as a sitting Judge. Ruling poorly. Favoring the Power companies, not the people who voted for him. Dave Fuhry MUST BE STOPPED! It’s time to say NO to double dipping polititians. Our taxes are paying him an extra $80,000.00 for the same job that already pays $117,000.00. STOP the endless spending of the taxpayers money! Send DOUBLE DIPPING DAVE FUHRY into retirement FOR GOOD! The Honorable Judge Dave Fuhry gave a written and signed declaration of intent to retire at the end of his current term. HE LIES! He is running again to keep his double dipping gravy train of the tax payers hard earned money flowing into his greedy pockets. Geauga County deserves better than this Judge who takes advantage of taxpayers by getting a pension AND a paycheck for the same job! On January 29, 2010 Dave Fuhry wrote, signed and sent a letter to the Geauga County Board of Elections of which said: “Please consider this as my written declaration of intent to retire BEFORE the end of my current term to elective office as a Judge of the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas”” And now he is running for election to this same exact job! WHY? Because that way he can take $80
