Report Filed: Judge Kelley and Willam R Curry people beware of JUDGE KELLEY york, Pennsylvania!!
For those who don’t already know Judge Kelley of York County Courthouse, was accused of breaking a public defender’s elbow. The judge agrees to a PFA with out a hearing. The public defender’ judge screwed works in the same building they had hearings together and obviosly sex and continue to work together however during the time of the PFA against Kelley he was put on hearing civil cases(PFA), ect. This judge is biased and prejudice against woman. He also let William R. Curry have a judgement against his victim. He ordered her to pay for all the alledged items even though Mr. Curry claimed his victim stole over $ 4000.00 worth of weapons. And claimed he watched his victim do it. the problem with that is the PFA against Mr. Curry had a weapons relinquishment for the same date he alledged they were stolen and taken. Any other Judge would have nailed the b*****d for having the guts to lie to the Judge, and sue there victims for of all things weapons??? Just proves this judge is a woman hater if your in front of him for any thing involving a PFA or any thing else ask that he recuse himself based on the fact that he hd a PFA against him and have a copy from the write prothonotary office I believe it was done through Adam’s county and make an oral motion based on that. He’s a Joke Judge that likes “PENNITRATING THE SYSTEM”” . So ladies BEWARE”
