Bought a 10 month old show/ring ready male.Met Kristie on the side of the road. She did a “Drop and Go””. Signed contract and paid full $1800 a week before pickup – PLUS $200 for teeth pulling and vaccinations. When met Kristie- she had signed AKC paperwork as her-OWNER and me as the CO-OWNER which was NOT in the contract. Did NOT get to evaluate dog on the side of the road. When I got home-8 hrs later-I did not think dog was Show Quality. Took him to 2 handlers and multiple shows- NO ONE would touch him. Sent Kristie multiple emails with pictures of dog- SHE AGREED PET QUALITY. She DID NOT want the dog back even though I said I would ship at my cost- WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR REPLACEMENT- $2000 for a PET quality that she told me to GIVE AWAY!!
