Very saddened on Lifetimes way of conducting customer service. I work 60+ hours a week and wanted to get a membership but nobody there at 10pm.Asked for a pass at the front desk and willing to fill out anything and leave my id with the front desk but turned down.I also was willing to pay to enter but was again turned down.. :(( i will be signing up elsewhere with better customer service
