Light In The Box in China doesn’t send the correct item that you ordered from the their website. What I got was entirely different from what I ordered. There is no contact phone number on the website or an email link to send them a complaint or to ask for assistance. Instead, they want you to send them (over the internet) a photo of the item you had actually wanted. I’m not clever at sending photos, I’m afraid. So, now it seems that I am stuck with a bracelet I don’t want and that is really horrible. I know that I will never order from Light In The Box again nor will I order from any other Chinese websites. The bracelet will go into the Goodwill box on the way to buying a bracelet at the Mall! Be very careful when ordering from websites from other countries.
