A horrible instructor and an uncaring management made this place our worst nightmare. Our 3 year old son nearly drowned during his swimming lesson due to the pure negligence of the swim instructor. The place did not have a designated lifeguard. They refused to take any action against the instructor and seemed to think that our son was never in any danger even though he was underwater for 15-20 seconds. We had to alert the instructor to help our son. The unapologetic management even had the nerve to send us information on swim / birthday packages for our son a few weeks after the incident. This place sucks.
