No checks and balances and no apperent oversight. People freely promote drug use, prostitution, violent activities and other acts with no recourse. When you report them, they attempt to placate you by advising you to contact law enforcement and do nothing else. They have been the subject of investigations in several jurisdictions and federally and have been sued successfully for thier apparent disregard for thier members saftey and for allowing users under the age of 13 to be viewed and stalked by other members. persons have been violently robbed and battered while meeting others associated to this site under the guise of meeting for a date or other rendevous.
