Report Filed: Miami-Dade Expressway Authority MDX MDX is billing people with the wrong information MIAMI Florida!!

I’ve been sent a toll violation now three seperate time’s and have called them to fix the situation,each time they assured me it was handled. Now i recieved a collection notice for $23.28 for what started out as a $1.25 toll violation.The vehicle is not mine ,the tag number is not mine,the account number they have is not mine.Yet they are threatening a $500.00 fine and 3 pts. on my liciense if i don’t pay.Just think about how many people they do this to on a daily basis that just pay the fine.The revenue they must get from being crooked or just incompetent must be staggering.Something needs to be done about this!
