My wife and I gave Mr. Jefferson $5000 down payment on a parcel of land in Grafton, NY. When we were in Arizona spending our winter, he sold the property to another party and refused to return our down payment. This man is of low character and getting feedback on his history, he has done this before to other people and has a history of not paying people for work that they perform for him.
