My wife and I were involved in a severe automobile accident 9/10/2014 resulting in a total loss of our VW Routan minivan. Moynahan’s was the company used to tow our vehicle and hold it until we cleaned out and released the van to our insurance company for conformation of total loss. The van sat in their yard about for two nights. Upon arrival (the morning of 9/12/2014) the receptionist Ms. Cheri was very nice courteous and helpful, I wish I could say that about any one else there. Initial look at our van I noticed a lot of debris from the highway that belong to the other vehicle involved. No big deal to me, so I thought I would just ask one of the guys there to borrow a pair of work gloves to remove the sharp metal and plastic from our van so as to get our things out.
