South African Immigrant and Con-Man Larry Gillis they call him (The Jew) along with his Elvira Mistress of Darkness looking Side Kick Yana Pacheco are 2 enormous peices of HORSE MENEUR OR SHOULD I SAY DOG WASTE, these two parasitic parasites came onto the scene in our building and RUINED EVERYTHING, things went bad they NEVER FIXED anything, I told them several times my shower is not working guess what? 3 months went by the shower was never fixed but they wanted to collect the RENT MONEY! I went out into the hallway and guess what? there was a c**k roach the size of a tea-cup yorkie did they help or exterminate NO! I called the UNPROFESSIONAL LARRY GILLIS to tell him about some of the problems and guess what he told me? if I DID NOT LIKE IT I COULD GET THE FU** out of the building, he stated he did not need me or my s**t and did not care about me paying RENT! so what! when I was a couple days late he sends me a lawyer letter and tells me to pay the lawyer $500 bucks or guess what? get the hell out! I paid the rent with the extra 500 bucks, I was 2 bucks short he send back all the money, I pay the rent again the following month he sends back all the money.. the relationship was abusive, fowl, and disrespectful, LARRY TREATS PEOPLE LIKE TRASH, like they don’t matter, he is rude, he uses words like YOU PEOPLE mind you I am a Minority and he hangs up on you when your talking to him. He sent Elvira (Yana Pacheco) to my door to knock early in the morning and when I told her don’t do that to please come later, the abuse became even worst, my property was destroyed on more than one occassion since this PEICE OF CRAP so-called Racist South African LARRY GILLIS TOOK OVER THE PROPERTIES IT HAS ALL GONE TO HELL. If your thinking of moving into one of the PROPERITES OWNED BY MZL AND MANAGED MY LARRY GILLIS DON’T DO IT, YOU WILL BE SORRY, ASK ANY OF THE TENANTS THEY WILL TELL YOU!! THEY ARE EVIL FOWL RUDE SLUM LORDS THEY ONLY WANT THE MONEY! HE WILL FLAT OUT TELL YOU GO FU** YOURSELF..BEWARE
