My fiancu00e9e and I reached out to National ERA servicing in July for our move from NJ to GA. The process seemed smooth and the agent, Sherice Pickens- Martins, was very helpful. We agreed that we would move in 9/1, and Sherice offered to let us move in 8/28 to avoid the holiday weekend. The Saturday prior to move in, I called and left her a mesg asking if we could change the agreed upon time of picking up keys/walk through from 2:30pm I also called her Monday on my way down. I told her that I wouldn’t be there until after 4, she told me that she was unable to wait because she lived too far away. I again explained that we were traveling from states away and wouldn’t be able to stay somewhere else over night and needed the keys. She told me that she would call me back, about 45 mins passed and she called back and told me that I couldn’t move in for two days because they had “something come up”” and the contractor just told her. I told her that was unacceptable and I was literally 4 hours away she then called me back and continued to tell me that there was nothing she could do. we finally got her to meet us at the home at 6pm it was disgusting and not move in ready. It seems as if she forgot that we were coming until I called. I took several pix. It was way more than the carpet issue she stated on the phone. She offered us $55 for a room and told us again that we had to wait until Wed. Meanwhile we had family take off from work and travel to help us as well as having two young children. We were at the home for over an hour discussing this getting nowhere. We were able to call a family member and travel 30 mins
