Report Filed: National Power Supply Inc. Purchased a 5.9 L Cummins Long Block Deisel Engine test Drove 9 Miles Engine Started Knocking Severly ! Yakima, Washington!!
Purchased a 5.9 L Cummins Deisel Long Block Engine. Engine was installed by a ASE Certified Mechanic on test drive Engine started knocking Severely ! Mechanic contacted National Power Supply. National Power Supply requested Mechanic to trouble shoot possible cause all to be negative , not the cause of the problem ! National Power Supply then requested to pull cylinder head , head over # 1 cylinder severly pited # 1 Piston top not damaged , National Power Supply would not acknowledge head condition! Unbeknowst to us the trouble shooting that National Power Supply required was at our cost ! National Power Supply then requested to send engine Back at our cost so they could go thur it determine the cause then 2 to 3 days later send a engine back to us at our cost , all of this approx 3 weeks of phone calls . During this time National Power Supply would not Accept any Responsiblity for Engine Failure ! National Power Supply is holding on to $ 300.00 in shipping charges for original Engine that was not shipped back nor will be ! I told National Power Supply i would send Engine back i just wanted a refund for Engine, they said no . National Power Supply has not been truthfull thur out the whole ordeal there for I do not trust then ! National Power Supply will not Return our Phone calls now !
